RETURNS
Sometimes, the product you ordered online isn’t what you imagined once you have it in your hand. Of course, we hope this won’t happen, but if it does, we’re here to help! We perform a strict quality control of the product before it is sent to you, but if the product is faulty on arrival, please let us know straight away and we’ll solve the problem. If an item is unsuitable or faulty, please send an email to sales@heinrup.com before making a return.
When we have been notified of your return and it’s been authorized, you will receive a Returns Form via email. Please print and include that with your return and send the items in their original condition to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Returns which do not have a form will take longer to process.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.
When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition with a Returns Form, we will process your refund via PayPal.
In case of a refund, the original delivery costs will not be included.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged.
International Returns
Important information for International customers.
Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. HEINRUP will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.
Sale Items
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. Sale items can be exchanged like for like or for credit note to be used. Please contact us for further information.
