Ordering

We use PayPal to process orders purchased directly from the website.

When adding items to the shopping basket, you will have the option to choose your shipping destination. We charge an extra amount which is calculated on the weight of the item based on current Royal Mail rates.

PayPal does not not require you to sign up to use its services and accepts all major credit cards. We require a contact number for processing your order. This allows us to have an alternative contact method in case we cant reach you via email.

None of your details submitted in at checkout will be shared or passed on to third parties. Your address and contact information will be only used in processing your order.

Postage / Shipping

We accept international and domestic (UK) orders. All items are sent via Royal Mail Recorded First Class (Signed For) services. Postage will be calculated on the weight of the items added to the shopping cart. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

UK: 1 Business Day
Europe and Rest of the World: 3 Business Days

Prices:

We calculate prices based on weight, using Royal Mail Recorded First Class (Signed For) services. Then we deduct a discount for all our customers, as follows:

-For UK Deliveries we offer FREE DELIVERY COST!
-For European delivery we offer 50 – 60 % OFF DELIVERY COST!
-For International delivery we offer 55 – 65 % OFF DELIVERY COST!

We will only ship to the address supplied at the PayPal checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust the cost of delivery. These costs depend on the current rates and surcharges given by the Royal Mail. We will always try to charge the most cost effective prices for shipping and delivery.

Returns

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please send an email to sales@heinrup.com before making a return.

When we have been notified of your return and it’s been authorized, you will receive a returns form. Please print and include that with your return and send the items in their original condition to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Returns which do not have a form will take longer to process.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original tags still attached.

When we have accepted your returns request and your item has been returned in the required condition with a returns form, we will process your refund via PayPal.

In case of a refund, the original delivery costs will not be included.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged.

International Returns

Important information for International customers.
Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’. HEINRUP Design will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package and customs form. Your Return will also take longer to process.

Sale Items

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. Sale items can be exchanged like for like or for credit note to be used. Please contact us for further information.

Goods

Individual prices listed on the website include V.A.T. The final price of the purchased goods includes V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export, UPS brokerage or local taxes that are obtained by the customer. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Stock Availability

In the event a processed order is out of stock we will give you the option of a refund on the outstanding item / items or the option of having the item charged to you and then delivered when it comes into stock. We will contact you with in 24 hours via the phone number or email address supplied at checkout to discuss your options.

Please note that some of the products listed on the site are very limited in quantity. Your order may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case we will contact you as quickly as possible with your options.

Please note that upon placing an order through Paypal, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that HEINRUP Design shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, HEINRUP Design shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Product Description

We have made every effort to ensure that product photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur, for example on materials such as leather. Please note all measurements are given as accurately as possible.
