On a cold December day in 2010 we brought a great team of people to The Russian Club Studios in east London. The photos you see here are The Still Lifes, brought up from the spartan concrete floor by pieces of wood, leather strips, books (i.e. ’Havana – Autobiography of a City’ by A.S. Estrada and ’The Ultimate Good Luck’ byt R. Ford) and other things found on the streets of Dalston and Stoke Newington. The result was a naked, clean and stylish display of HEINRUP’s first collection, One.
